31 Prayers with Nuggets is a book designed to help the new believer as well as the seasoned saint to pray everyday. The intent was to write this book in its simplest form so that anyone will be able to read, relate, and understand. I have learned not to take for granted that everyone understands all of the things of the church, so I purposely simplified things so that all will be able to easily comprehend what is being said. I have discovered that prayer is so much more than just asking God for something as if He is our own personal genie in the sky. Prayer is one of our ways of communicating with God. Prayer keeps us aware of the things in our lives, prayer helps us to overcome sin, unforgiveness and anything that the enemy, (the devil) will try to use to work against us. It is equally important to remember to pray for others. God honors those who think not only of themselves.
